Commercial Fixed Wire Cost Per Circuit
For up to 10 circuits, our commercial EICR service costs £169+VAT. If you have more than 10 circuits that require testing then prices start at £10+VAT for each additional circuit. Parking and congestion charges are not included.
It’s normal that a fixed wire check on most commercial property will cost between £250 and £600.
For medium and large premises with significant circuit counts or particular requirements please contact us for a bespoke quotation.

How long does fixed wire testing take
Fixed Wire testing (EICR) usually takes around 4 hours to complete. This can vary depending on the property size, type and number of circuits to be tested. Some commercial buildings could take a full day to complete.
Who can do fixed wire testing?
Fixed wire testing should be carried out by a registered, qualified electrician who is knowledgeable in BS 7671. These electricians should come from a reliable company and have positive reviews for the work they will be carrying out.
Is Fixed Wire Testing The Same As PAT Testing?
Fixed Wire testing is different to PAT Testing. Portable Appliance Testing focuses on appliances such as kettles, computers, printers and white goods, fixed wire testing is for testing the main electrical circuits of the electrical installation.
